This workshop will explore your strengths, qualities and how a Growth Mindset approach towards your studies will help you get where you want to be. We will look at positive, supportive and reflective questions we can ask ourselves to build confidence, resilience and faith in our own ability to achieve. We will also look at how we can overcome obstacles, challenges and the fear of failure, with a fierce, resilient and confident approach to learning and life.
#OwnIt: Questions for Reflection
Reflecting is a critical part of the learning process. It is integral for knowing when and how to improve. This workshop will look at positive, supportive and reflective questions we can ask ourselves to build confidence, resilience and faith in our own ability to achieve. It will also help you to dream but above all, plan for the future.
Mindfulness for Well - being
Stress is a normal part of every day life, but when it becomes overwhelming it can be damaging. This practical workshop smashes any preconceptions around stress and provides simple, yet effective mindfulness techniques, so you can continue to look after yourself and others.

Become a successful, independent learner! During this workshop you will create a realistic, practical revision timetable based on our Review Philosophy and Recall Clocks. By taking such an approach you will maximise your revision time and help maintain a work/life balance. Bring your exam or homework schedule so you can make a timetable there and then and start taking accountability for wasted time.
