Terms and Conditions for Learning Performance Ltd to conduct a Study Skills Workshop

  1. Presenter Support:
  • A designated school staff member must be present in the workshop room throughout the entire duration of the sessions.

The school staff member will act as a liaison between the presenter and the school, addressing any issues that may arise with the students.

  1. Presenter Focus:
  • To ensure an optimal learning environment, presenters require uninterrupted focus on engaging the students.

The school staff member will handle any disruptions, disciplinary matters, or logistical concerns that may arise during the workshop.

  1. Arrival and Setup:
  • Presenters will arrive up to 30 minutes before the first session to set up and familiarise themselves with the workshop space. The school will provide necessary equipment and ensure a conducive environment for the workshop.
  1. Student Behavior:
  • The school is responsible for communicating behavioral expectations to students attending the workshop.

In the event of disruptive behavior, the school staff member will take appropriate action to address the situation, allowing presenters to continue their engagement with the rest of the group.

  1. Technical and Logistical Support:
  • The school agrees to provide technical and logistical support as needed for the smooth execution of the workshop.

Any technical issues or requirements should be communicated in advance to allow for proper preparation.

  1. Breaks and Schedule:
  • The school staff member will assist in managing breaks and ensuring that students adhere to the scheduled workshop timings.

Any adjustments to the schedule should be communicated and mutually agreed upon by both parties.

  1. Participant Materials:
  • The school will ensure that all participating students have the necessary materials and information for the workshop.

Any additional requirements or requests should be communicated well in advance.

  1. Confidentiality:
  • Both parties agree to respect the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the workshop.
  1. Feedback and Communication:
  • The school agrees to provide feedback on the workshop's effectiveness and communicate any concerns promptly.

Open communication between the school and the company is encouraged to address any issues or improvements needed.

  1. Payments: Payment terms and invoicing details will be outlined in a separate agreement between the school and the company.

By proceeding with the study skills workshop, both parties acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms and conditions. This ensures a collaborative and successful learning experience for all involved parties.




Payment, Refunds, and Cancellations Policy

  1. Payment Terms:
  • The school agrees to make full payment for the study skills workshop at least 10 days before the scheduled workshop date.

Payment details, including invoicing information, will be provided in a separate agreement.

  1. Refund Policy:
  • Refunds will only be considered under the following circumstances:
    • Cancellation by the school with at least 15 days' notice before the scheduled workshop date.

Inability to conduct the workshop due to unforeseen circumstances on the part of the company.

  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing to the company's designated contact person.
  1. Cancellation by the School:
  • If the school needs to cancel the workshop, a minimum of 15 days' notice is required.

Cancellations made within 15 days of the scheduled workshop date may result in a cancellation fee, as outlined in the separate agreement.

  1. Cancellation by the Company:
  • In the rare event that the company needs to cancel the workshop, the school will be notified as soon as possible.

The company will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the workshop at a mutually agreed-upon date. If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be issued.

  1. Service Cancellation Policy:
  • If the school fails to make payment by the specified deadline, the company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the workshop.

In the event of non-payment, the school will be notified, and rescheduling options may be discussed based on mutual agreement.

  1. Change of Workshop Date:
  • The school may request a change of workshop date with a minimum of 10 days' notice, subject to the company's availability.

Changes requested with less than 10 days of the scheduled workshop date may incur additional fees.

Both parties acknowledge and agree to comply with the payment, refunds, and cancellations policy outlined above. This policy ensures transparency and fair practices in the event of changes or cancellations to the study skills workshop.
